Why have you chosen this spec?
Because I recon it is the best priest spec out of anything you can choose, esept for tank healing were I would change one talent.

Do you have good gear for other specs?
I am a dedicated healer and so I will not gear up for dps, I stick to what I am best at.

Would you respec if we need you to?
If you had suggestions to improve talents yes, however I am 100% this is the best spec for me.

How long have you been playing WOW? About 2 years

If this isn't your first main raiding character, what was your old main(s) (name, class and spec)? This is my only level 80 and I don’t intend on making another and changing my main.

Why did you choose these professions?
For best possible healing, better gems and cape enchants seems better than extra hp from mining for example.

Why are you no longer in these guilds? “DR” got disbanded and was reformed as”BTC” which has gone even worse. “GBH” is a bit to laid back for me and i would like to progress a bit further.

You and PvE

How many days can you raid in one reset? I Can guaranty 6 days in a week, one week every 2 weeks I can manage 7.
Will you sign up for farm raids? Of course, without a doubt.
Progressing on a new boss sometimes means wiping to him for 4.5 hours in a row, with improvements happening pretty slowly over time. Are you prepared for it? Why? Bring it on, even I cant stand it when people just give up and leave is pointless, but I intend to finish what I start.

Can you take the critic and learn from it? Yes, if you can find me doing something wrong that is.

If you are the one messing up, can you admit the mistake and take the blame? Yes I can and if I find I am messing up I would personally tell the raid this rather than waiting for some1 to notice.

If we decide to swap you out; due to poor performance or connection issues, can you accept it without causing any fuss?
Do you understand that our guild got more than 25 people on the roster and you won't be taken to every single raid you sign up for? My performance is always at its max and connection is good so I feel I eliminate those factors, but yes if I am struggling for whatever reason id gladly be replaced for the raid members benefit, not attending all the time is fine but I like to provide the best support for the guild so I really like to do as much as I can.

Will you sign up for (10) player raids? Strange question, but ids never turn down a raid unless I had a genuine urgent reason.
What do you normally do at weekends? Play wow of course, but I do have an allotment and checking on the veg is something nice to do =]

Which Addons have you used during raids in the past? This is torture this question, honest answer is I don’t use any Addons, but for the icc bosses I am unaware of I would use DBM.
Which Addons do you think you should you be using in a raid? DBM, ventrillo if that counts also. (communication is essential to a good raid)

Which potion, elixirs or flask and buffing food do you use most often? And why? Flask of mojo for me( more mp5 the better) and a nice fish feast which I do like to offer time to time.
What are your thoughts about repair bills? Lol, Absolutely brilliant nothing like a repair bill after a hard days work. I Pay no attention to it really, isn’t important.


Raid experience

Vanilla WoW: joined wow towards the end of this so gone back as 80 for achievements.
The Burning Crusade: have gone back and done a lot of this but I have had experience up to black temple at 70, I have gone back to get achievements at 80
Wrath of the Lich King: everything, progressing in Icc currently


Knowledge

(NB! These questions are purely for us to gauge your overall WoW knowledge.)

What is the hit rating cap for casters?
What is the hit rating cap for dual wielders?
What is the hit rating cap for 1h/Shield, 2h, feral?
What is the hit rating for ranged dps?
Hit rating not a clue I don’t dps, but I can ask some1 or search the web for answers, for you?

If you were melee DPS, how would you position yourself to your target? Depends on the boss or mob, all I can say is next to them in general, if you give me a specific boss for example the os boss I would say to the side to avoid his firey breath.

What is the global cooldown? Time taken before you can use a spell, slightly different to a cooldown to a spell.

What are your racial abilities and how do they work? They provide some benefit, eg humans (every man for himself) removes movement effect’s or loss of control, I know them all. Quite useful for certain situations.

What does Blessing of Kings do? Increase stats by %
Does 'Blessing of Kings' scale with stamina? Yes
Does 'Blessing of Kings' scale with bonus healing? Depends on how you see it, the answer is no however as a priest theirs a talent to increase your bonus healing by your amount of spirit so you could also say yes.
Does 'Blessing of Kings' scale with attack power Dunno

Which Blessings do you prefer using in a raid, and why? Bok or Bow, if I can have both great but if only 1 id choose Bok as it also provides extra mana and having a higher mana pool I could fill it up more using the mp5 I already got which is quite good.

Why is 'Power Word: Fortitude' and/or 'Prayer of Fortitude' buffed on the whole raid and not just the tanks? Aoe damage, extra hp helps to survive.

What is DKP and why do we use it? Dkp is a currency which varies to how it is given across guilds, its used so the people who earn loot get it. (Fair outcome)




Diverse

Why do you want to raid? To progress, and work with other players.
Got any friends in the guild? Quite a few, eluness and shikox who recently applied I belive, also duarkan and shedruid and also a few more.
Why are you playing World of Warcraft? Pleasure, fun way of using spare time.
What is your goal in World of Warcraft? To be the number 1 healing priests on lightbringer and to gain the best friends along the way.

Why would you like to join Independence? Friends there, good raid progression.
Why should we recruit you? I don’t really need to sell myself to anyone to get in into a guild; I just like to say the truth on how it is, I’m a good team player who is good at what I do and hope to prove this to people and enjoy my time to its fullest and by joining this guild it should all be possible. Overall I am very dedicated and you wouldn’t regret making this decision and I do believe this is the guild for me!!!

Hiya, few questions about your priest -

Why all the spirit gems?
- 10 mp5 on chest over 10 stats?
- 45 spirit on weapon over 81 spell power?
- Circle of healing glyph - why dont you have this?
- also (personal preference) but you should really try Tuskarrs Vitality over the 18 spirit on boots.

I dont know if you missed this when reading requirements but Independence do not use any voice com while raiding.

im not bother about not using any voice communication, personally i feel its a waste of time just to shout at people who don't have a clue what they're doing.

Chest enchant i wasn't to sure about, 10mp5 is great for a healer anyway but i though that +10 stats wold give stam,int,spirit ect if so then 10 mp5 would be better, however if i have got that idea totally wrong id gladly change this.

81+ spell power is probably better but i prefer to stack alot of spirit for plenty of mana regain as indicated by my gems.

I am generally happy with my glyphs and don't see the need to change them,
.guardian spirit glyph is useful for healing tanks or saving an individual from a nasty attack and i see that as quite important
.i use the poh glyph for extra hot's which adds up to alot of extra healing
.flash heal i do like to use to heal the odd low hp individual back up, and reducing the mana cost seems reasonable

coh glyph could be quite useful and would heal a reasonable amount however it is only 1 extra target so i don't see this extremely useful as compared to other glyphs.The least important of my glyphs i feel is the flash heal glyph however this would save me more mana so i can cast more spells before going oom and in the long run it'll be possible to heal more with the extra mana i have rather than just getting a extra heal out of coh.

if you don't agree i will be willing to compromise as i included in my application, "criticism is good for improvement."
